Payment methods
Attention: Bank charges are not included in the above. Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded. Fees will be refunded, less a 100,00€ processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received via email no later than June 10, 2024. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Substitutions are allowed at no charge. Please, keep in mind that at least one author per paper is required to register, with full payment of fees (Senior Scientist or Ph.D. Candidate-Master’s Student), in order for the paper to be included in the Conference Programme and Proceedings. One registration can support up to two abstracts/papers.
